INDIANAPOLIS — More than 280 people are now suing the promoters and organizers of the Astroworld Fest.

According to court documents obtained by Fox News, people filed class action claims against Midland Productions and Live Nation in Austin, Texas.

The lawsuit alleges the festival required additional ticket fees on top of the $179.92 per person ($49.93 for an adult, $29.94 for a child) to see the Lil Jon and DJ Snake concert at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

People are seeking unspecified damages.

The promoters also charge to enter the event, per the lawsuit.

Records show the fest was scheduled to run from July 13 to July 15, 2018.

Lil Jon himself tweeted on Aug. 8 that the festival was canceled in the wake of Hurricane Harvey and blamed delays in rescheduling for the cancellation.
